Eligibility for IHSS
To qualify for IHSS in San Diego County, individuals must meet certain criteria:

- Be blind, disabled, or age 65 or older.
- Meet full-scope Medi-Cal eligibility requirements.
- Be unable to live at home safely without assistance.
How to Apply for IHSS
