No. IHSS Connect does not perform criminal background checks on users of the platform. Recipients should conduct their own due diligence before hiring a provider, and providers should do the same before accepting any job opportunity. Can providers send messages to recipients?
Not directly. Recipients must initiate the conversation first through the messaging system. Once a conversation has started, both parties can continue messaging. Providers can also apply to unlimited job postings and include a custom cover letter or initial message when applying.
